FITNESS CLASSES OFFERED
Rhythm Cycle
We have 15 bikes for our indoor cycling classes. Each instructor has their own style and uniqueness to how they teach. Come and enjoy an amazing and empowering class! Make sure to always come prepared: indoor sneakers/spin shoes, water and a towel.
Yoga
We offer a variety of different yoga classes every week. The studio provides the yoga mats, but you can bring your own if that’s what you prefer. Come relax, unwind and recharge with us.
BOOT CAMPS/RIDE x HIITS
Boot camps are where you dedicate 45mins of your time to power through a high intensity workout completely guided by an instructor to help motivate and push you to your limits. You are sure to break a sweat and build muscles.
Ride x HIIT classes are when everyone does 20mins of rhythm cycling and then we finish off the rest of the time on the mats doing a HIIT workout. This is perfect for those who want to strength train as well as those who can’t ride for the full 45 mins. These classes are open to all levels.
